We offer culturally sensitive therapy within a safe, judgment-free environment. Our diverse team of clinicians assists adults of all ages in improving daily functioning, healing from past experiences, and achieving personal growth. We provide both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate your needs.

Our practitioners utilize a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including:

- CBT, DBT, and EFIT

- Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing

- Trauma-specific care: EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, and CPT

We are also proud to introduce Written Exposure Therapy (WET) as an additional evidence-based option for our clients.

We have three dedicated therapists who specialize in working with families and couples facing challenges such as communication breakdowns, trust issues, trauma, and conflicting life or parenting goals.

The therapy sessions provide a safe environment to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen bonds. By teaching healthier ways to interact and cope with stressors, we aim to improve the mental health and overall functioning of the entire family or couple. Our clinicians are Poly, ENM, and queer-affirming.

Our team provides trauma-informed care for children from birth to age 18. We assist with a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns, supporting both the child and their parents. Our clinicians utilize several evidence-based modalities, including:

- CPP, PCIT, CBT, and DBT

-trans-specific care and support

- Trauma-specific treatments: EMDR, Brainspotting, and TF-CBT

- Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for ages 13 and up
