We accept the following:

Insurance

We currently accept: Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.
Medicaid plans: Alliance, Partners, Healthy Blue, Trillium, Vaya, Amerihealth, Wellcare, and Carolina Complete Health. 

We do not accept United Medicaid.

Please note that IQ and academic testing are not covered services by insurance.

Self-Pay


Self-pay is $160.00 for an hour therapy appointment with Ms. Blaker,  $140-$145/hr for fully licensed clinicians, $125-$130 for associates, and $30/hour for interns.

Please contact Ms. Blaker to discuss options for sliding scale if needed.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost for patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance.

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You may also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
