Neena (she/her) received her license to practice from the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board in 2025. She specializes in working with young adults with challenges such as depression, anxiety, identity, and self-esteem. She has a passion for working with young adults and Asian American populations. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and creates a non-judgemental and safe environment for all individuals. Neena uses an eclectic approach consisting of many evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, DBT, narrative therapy, WET, and person-centered therapy to aid her clients. Neena strives to create a tailored experience for each of her clients, providing an empathetic and guiding space for individuals to process emotions and achieve their goals.
