Jeremy Saunders, LCMHC-A

Jeremy Saunders (he/him/they) is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) based in North Carolina since 2022. Jeremy brings 12 years of experience as an educator, and has worked as a counselor for the last 4 years. He applies a very humanistic, holistic, and strengths-based approach to working with teens and adults navigating challenges with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, identity, self-esteem, body image, relationships, and life transitions. Jeremy uses an integrative approach that focuses on trauma-informed and multicultural counseling techniques to support marginalized populations, specifically Latine and LGBTQ+ communities. He utilizes IFS, Narrative, DBT, and CBT therapy modalities to meet clients where they are and provide them with a safe space for healing.
