Beatriz Velázquez, LCSWA
Beatriz (she/her) received her license to practice from the North Carolina Social Work Board in 2024. Beatriz has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive training in evidence-based trauma-informed interventions such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS), Brainspotting ,CPT, and the Components for Enhancing Clinician Engagement and Reducing Trauma (CE-CERT) model for clinicians. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and works with folk with a variety of issues ranging from trauma, depression, anxiety, and survivors of family violence.
Beatriz is also bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English.
