Abigail Neeley, LMSW (SC), LCSWA (NC)
Abigail (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker in South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. Abigail has supported individuals navigating complex mental health needs, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, and psychotic disorders.
Before becoming a therapist, Abigail gained extensive experience in behavioral health through her work at Bryan Psychiatric Hospital and Rapid Shelter Columbia, where she provided crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic support. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in cultural humility, empowerment, and safety.
Abigail is especially passionate about working with young adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and clients experiencing life transitions, identity development, or chronic stress. Her therapeutic approach blends CBT, EMDR, WET, DBT-informed skills, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based frameworks. She strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change.
